We all know that breakfast should not be too big. Nor should it be just a cup of coffee. It is recommended to take advantage of fresh juice or a cup of tea with something sweet for the dessert. Or you may start with a kind of porridge you like and end with a cup of tea.

Dinner instead should contain more calories and should be more substantial. It can consist of 2 dishes: soup for the first and a kind of garnish with meat for the second. Juice or a glass of wine will be an adequate finish of the dinner.

Supper should be more light and depends upon your preferences. Some people prefer not to eat after 6 p.a. Others prefer light food for supper. Generally speaking the main issue concerning food is its harmless ingredients. Today many people prefer to use the so-called "fast food", mistakenly thinking such food is very convenient to take. In reality fast food is very harmful for human organism, as it is prepared from unhealthy ingredients and is very difficult for organism. Food should be prepared in a normal way and should be variable. It should include fruits and vegetables and obligatory a kind of soup for the dinner as it contributes to the normal digestion. Good and healthy selected food is a guarantee of perfect well-being. 

Correct food and healthy lifestyle including regular physical exercises or other sport activities contribute to the elimination of depressive thoughts, better disposition and positive thinking. It is known that many health disorders today occur due to the incorrect food and lifestyle. Such diseases as depression and high blood pressure are strongly connected with the food you eat, and of course other factors as well. But food is one of the most essential factors. Stop Smoking


It's seems so wonderful: a cup of hot coffee in one hand and your favorite cigarette in another one.. What can be more pleasant in a early morning?? There are more pleasant things! :) 

Speaking seriously about smoking cigarettes i would like to mention the statistics: almost every third person smoking cigarettes for years has serious problems with health including lung cancer or heart disorders. And there are no "safe" cigarettes in reality. It's an illusion which every smoker wants to believe. In fact every cigarettes are dangerous for health.

A woman with a cigarette is not a myth today. The advertisement says it's elegant, sexually and attractive. But what's the price of all this? Isn't it easier and more safe to find other methods to look attractive and desired instead of cigarettes? 

Well, i can imagine a young woman with a cigarette in her hand, but the year pass and a woman in her 40-s or 50-s will not be attractive any more with a cigarette, it will look already vulgar. And a teenager with a cigarette looks pretty stupid. The real beauty is something completely else. These are natural beauty of a body and soul, kindness and understanding, nature and animals. 

These are values of life. Cigarettes make our life an illusion, making us believe that they help to overcome depression for example. None will make you do it until you make yourself do it. Everything else is an aberration.

To stop smoking today is possible thanks to valuable medications. If you can't do it yourself, ask for a medical help and start enjoying real life!

Each of us desires a better life. And a lot depends on a health condition. How to make the life healthier and how to keep the beauty for many years?

From the young years it is necessary to take care of health. It includes: going in for sport activities, healthy food and positive thinking.
