As it is know breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It defines the whole day and gives necessary forces and energy. Therefore it is so essential to start your day properly!
We all know that breakfast should not be too big. Nor should it be just a cup of coffee. It is recommended to take advantage of fresh juice or a cup of tea with something sweet for the dessert. Or you may start with a kind of porridge you like and end with a cup of tea.
Dinner instead should contain more calories and should be more substantial. It can consist of 2 dishes: soup for the first and a kind of garnish with meat for the second. Juice or a glass of wine will be an adequate finish of the dinner.
Supper should be more light and depends upon your preferences. Some people prefer not to eat after 6 p.a. Others prefer light food for supper. Generally speaking the main issue concerning food is its harmless ingredients. Today many people prefer to use the so-called "fast food", mistakenly thinking such food is very convenient to take. In reality fast food is very harmful for human organism, as it is prepared from unhealthy ingredients and is very difficult for organism. Food should be prepared in a normal way and should be variable. It should include fruits and vegetables and obligatory a kind of soup for the dinner as it contributes to the normal digestion. Good and healthy selected food is a guarantee of perfect well-being.
